Looking for the remnant

..and the remnant shall again take root downward and bear fruit upward - 2 Kings 19:30

take root

There was a Moravian Pentecost that began in 1727 with Count Zinzendorf and a remnant that began to pray in hourly intercession.

At critical junctures in history God raises up a remnant to reestablish His rule and reign. I think we are at a critical juncture. And I am asking where is the remnant. Where are those who will come for hourly intercession to lift up the name of God because He is worthy and is the Maker of Heaven and Earth.

It only takes a faithful few to begin a reformation of prayer. What do I mean by reformation of prayer ? Rediscovering something ancient, something simple but something very powerful and true.

Acts 4:24 tells us that they gathered together in prayer and unity to lift up the name of God. This would be our calling also. To gather together in prayer to lift up the name of God. To rediscover prayer.

Mark Batterson in his book Circle Maker says "If we hit our knees, God will extend His mighty hand on our behalf".  It is time to hit our knees.

If we lay a foundation of prayer, God will build on that foundation and build something amazing on it.

If we intercede like never before, God will intervene like never before.

I have heard it say from so many that have gone before me, when the prayer meeting becomes the most important meeting, revival is around the corner.

I am asking where is the remnant that will lay the foundation of prayer to see revival come ?

I am also inviting you to the prayer room for that very reason. To lay a prayer foundation downward so that the fruit of revival will go upward.
